Companies like Microsoft, Chobani, Timberland, and Patagonia have been honored with Inc 5000 Awards, and in 2024, Steadfast City Economic & Community Partners joined their ranks. Through an integrated team, our firm weaves together government, business, real estate, civic, social, and philanthropic sectors to create positive economic and community outcomes for our clients on their expansion, development, or investment projects. It was this unique model and approach that led to immense growth. Over the course of five years, we have expanded our team to include 37 employees across the United States, maintained a list of over 250 clients, and opened 3 physical offices.

Our strategic physical locations contributed immensely to our swift growth. Headquartering in St. Louis, Missouri was an intentional and inspirational choice, and is a deep part of our firm’s DNA. The rustbelt city is known for its perseverance, artistry, and innovation – all tenants of the Steadfast City brand. It’s placement in a midwestern hub of development opportunities and forward-thinkers allowed us to grow deep roots here, before expanding our physical presence to the Northeast (Rochester, NY) in 2021 and the Southeast (Mobile, AL) in 2023. Our firm’s commitment to "Develop Better" began in the heart of St. Louis and is driven by a strong sense of civic pride that influences every community we touch.

Our company selected Rochester, New York as our second physical location to align our entrepreneurial ethos with the city's dynamism. Our presence in Rochester underscores our dedication to partnering with Northeastern companies to enhance growth through workforce and economic incentive initiatives. And most recently, we opened an office in Mobile, Alabama to be an accessible flagpole in an surging region. The American Southeast is known for its strong dedication to economic growth, and we are uniquely positioned to create impact.

Steadfast City deploys experts in Credits & Incentives, Grants, Urban & Community Planning, and Economic Development to work on projects in over 36 states. Our projects intersect and overlap with each team uniquely, highlighting the importance of being able to tunefully interweave various community and economic development stakeholders.
