Inn on the Park

Steadfast City was connected via the Opportunity Appalachia Program in 2023 to provide technical assistance pertaining to the redevelopment of 3 buildings in Downtown Gallipolis, Ohio. Steadfast City completed a Market Analysis and Existing Conditions Report, as well as Developer Prospectus, which laid out the history of Gallipolis, various population statistics, employment data, an asset and gap analysis, projected industry growth, spending habit trends, and potential incentives that a developer may utilize.

We also partnered with an architecture firm that created renderings of the potential layout of the boutique hotel concept. Steadfast City also developed a financial model and hotel feasibility analysis. Steadfast City then issued an RFP for developers and received a proposal from a local prominent developer who expressed heartfelt interest in the project. The client and developer will be partnering to move this project forward.
