Senior Project Manager, Structured Finance

Alex Sconfienza brings 10 years of community development-focused experience in the financial sector to Steadfast City’s New Markets Tax Credits team. Her background includes working with low- to moderate-income homebuyers, supporting small businesses, and experience with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and NMTCs.

Alex thrives in dynamic environments and is committed to facilitating the inclusion of all stakeholders in the decision-making process and to making positive and lasting impact. Her passion for lifelong learning and personal growth is rooted in her studies in development and public policy.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys volunteering with and mentoring college students through her sorority, spending time with her three dogs, and traveling abroad.
