Dominique McKinnon

Vice President of Finance & Administration

After more than a decade in accounting, mostly dedicated to non-profits, Dominique McKinnon joined Steadfast City Economic & Community Partners in 2021. Prior roles in the accounting industry gives her experience with endowments, budgeting, financial statements and investments. Dominque excels in the craft of translating data into valuable insights that identify and improve company efficiencies. Her analytical focus has improved internal processes, streamlined hiring practices, and informed financial decisions from both macro and micro perspectives. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving, she displays exemplar leadership alongside and on behalf of the executive team.

Dominique joins an analytical expertise with a passion for community development by assisting on team projects, as needed. Throughout her planning work at Steadfast City, she has produced feasibility studies, interviewed area stakeholders, and provided research and recommendations on New Market Tax Credits. Additionally, she provides research, compliance, and data analysis support —including metrics— to the team and clients. She prioritizes people throughout her work and enjoys both learning from and developing others.
