Windsor Place Industrial Park

Steadfast City worked with Co-Mo Connect, a regional electric cooperative and fiber internet provider in central Missouri, to complete a real estate marketing prospectus for a company-owned industrial site in the village of Windsor Place. Steadfast City completed a mock site visit, which included analysis of existing road, utility, workforce, and community infrastructure, to determine the site’s key strengths and weaknesses. Additionally, Steadfast City developed a financial model for the site to project returns for potential developers and an economic impact analysis for projected development on the site.

Upon completion of the site prospectus, Steadfast City began working with Co-Mo Connect to develop a target industry study to guide the economic development and marketing teams toward key compatible industries that present opportunities for sustainable growth across a mix of sectors. The team also worked with Co-Mo to complete a site marketing strategy to provide marketing ideas that highlight the unique assets of the site and present the site to several key target audiences in the development, government, and business communities.
